INITIAL INSPECTION
The property is inspected by Mr. Shields and evaluated as to rent, legal requirements, decoration etc.

TENANTS
We have a long experience of seeking good quality tenants and we prefer corporate lets e.g. National Australia Bank, Abbey Life, etc.

MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY
All utilities are transferred into the tenants name. A detailed inventory is taken at the beginning of the tenancy.To be sure for your peace of mind - and ours - there are MONTHLY INSPECTIONS of the property.

PAYMENT
Normally rent is paid to you by B.A.C.S and a monthly statement is sent to you.
