Our Company was established in 1978 by Gordon Shields and has been serving the Greater Glasgow area as a quality letting agency. We handle all sizes of properties from one bedroom flats to large country houses. Most properties will be fully furnished, there is, however, also, a small list of unfurnished properties.

We are solely a letting agency and not just a department of a large estate agency, so we are able to offer you personal service. You will never be lost in the bureaucracy of a large department with us.

As an owner, you are looking for the best deal and also peace of mind. Our philosophy is that if you offer good quality then you should expect good quality tenants. It is not a matter of filling the property - anyone can do that. The quality of tenant is vital and therefore we aim at the top end of the tenant market - corporate lets are favoured by us.

WHAT YOU WILL REQUIRE

Should you want to take a property, we use a referencing company who will check your credit worthiness. There is a fee for this check. There is also a month and a half's deposit required which is held against the final accounts.

You will be liable for all the utilities e.g. gas, electricity, oil, telephone, solid fuel.
